Why was the coach so scattered in selecting players to play? Sigi was very consistant and obtained great results? Also, the marketing for the club needs to improve and Crew gear selection needs to expand! (particularly for women).

Robert managed the team through significant national team player call-ups, injuries and a very congested schedule. These are the reasons his player selection was so "scattered" - the task of managing the roster was substantially more difficult in 2009 than it was in 2008. Both coaches obtained great result, in my opinion.
To be fair, McCullers addressed expanded merchandising earlier, but I love the way he breezed over the issue of there being no women-specific merchandise without a remark at all.

I think instead of "Annoying Inflatable Bangers Night" and "Free Cheapass Keychain Night" they shoud get a local company to sponsor "Columbus Crew Skimpy Halter Top Night"
